Chamber Checks

CONSUMER

Purchase Check(s) from either Yale Branch of Tri-County Bank or CSB Bank (Possibly Online in future).
Cash from consumer is deposited into an account associated with the checks at point of purchase.
Consumer will receive a list of participating chamber members.
It will spend like cash at any of the participating members businesses.
This is a ONE TIME USE check & cannot be redeemed for cash. Purchase must be 75% or more of face value. Checks can be combined for single purchase.
Checks are valid up to one (1) year from date of purchase.

BUSINESS REDEMPTION

Check is presented to Chamber Member
Chamber Member redeems check as normal deposit, cutting wait time to standard time for checks to clear.
Check has one (1) year redemption from the date printed on the check.

Accounts shall be Balanced quarterly or as needed.

Embossed with the Chamber Seal
Business style check with routing number
Sequential numbering system
Issuer signature
Paper is color coded

Chamber redemption rules will be printed on the back of each check.

Check denominations will be $10 and $25 dollars. Each denomination will have differing number series.

An informational packet will be sent to members, including the rules, an example of a check, and a sign that shall be posted in participating member businesses.
